This healthcare investment, commissioned in 2012, was realized as a comprehensive healthcare facility, planned with consideration for contemporary hospital architecture, functional area layout, and long-term operational requirements. During the project process, patient safety, user comfort, and operational sustainability were treated as fundamental design criteria, and full coordination was ensured among architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. The facility, built on a total enclosed area of 38,000 m², was designed in accordance with international healthcare building standards and to accommodate high service capacity.
The hospital, with a capacity of 225 beds, was planned to enable outpatient and inpatient services to be carried out simultaneously and efficiently. Patient rooms, clinical areas, operating theaters, intensive care units, and support departments were positioned to support patient comfort, infection control, and the efficient performance of healthcare staff. In spatial organization, ease of access, clear circulation axes, and correct functional relationships were prioritized, taking into account long-term usage scenarios.
Within the scope of the project, we provided Project Management services; all processes were professionally managed from the design phase to implementation, including tender and contract management, as well as project schedule tracking. During implementation, quality control mechanisms were effectively operated, and cost, time, and scope management were balanced. In line with the high technical requirements of healthcare facilities, coordination among medical infrastructure, mechanical–electrical systems, and building components was meticulously ensured, guaranteeing that the project was completed in accordance with the targeted standards.
Located in Konya, Turkey, this hospital project was positioned to meet the region’s healthcare needs and aims to contribute to the widespread provision of qualified and accessible healthcare services. Thanks to its architectural approach, which harmonizes with the surrounding environment, and its robust technical infrastructure, the project has become a significant regional reference. In planning and implementing the healthcare facility, local needs, demographic structure, and long-term healthcare service demands were carefully considered.
Throughout the entire project process, quality assurance systems, applicable regulations, and client expectations were fully adhered to, and project objectives were achieved in a controlled manner within the defined timeframe and budget. Following a client satisfaction-oriented approach, every stage of the process was managed transparently and traceably. This reference project serves as a successful example that highlights the critical role of professional project management in creating sustainable and high-performance healthcare facilities.
